Your Target is Your Partner's Face is the second episode of The Amazing Race 14.
The order of departure from Hotel Stechelberg are as follows:
The team member assigned to perform this Roadblock would have to choose an instructor and, in tandem, paraglide off a mountain 6,000 feet below to a landing area, where their partner is waiting. In the event of unfavorable winds, they have a choice between waiting an undetermined amount of time for optimal weather conditions or taking a 60-minute hike down the mountain to receive their next clue.
The Roadblock performers per team are underlined:
- Amanda & Kris
- Brad & Victoria
- Christie & Jodi
- Jaime & Cara
- Kisha & Jen
- Margie & Luke
- Mark & Michael
- Mel & Mike
- Steve & Linda
- Tammy & Victor
Everyone, except Mel, opted to hike down due to unfavorable wind conditions.
Teams must drive themselves to Schönau am Königsee and find their next clue.
Choice A: Balancing Dolly
Teams would have to ride Segways over a 2-mile road obstacle course to receive their next clue.
Choice B: Austrian Folly
Teams would have to enter a party tent and throw Bavarian pies on the target, which is their partner's face. Once they've found the one with cherry filling, they'll receive their next clue.
Teams travel on foot to a woodcutter workshop and wait for the Tyrolean woodcutters to cut a piece of wood. Once teams have their wood, it would be stamped on their next clue.
