What A Gaucho You Are! is the fourth episode of The Amazing Race 7.
Several teams plot to make up for a time penalty in the previous leg.
Several teams scramble to recover from a four-hour penalty to catch up with the front-running teams. Meanwhile, one Racer is thrown from a very stubborn horse while trying to complete a Roadblock and another Racer is driven to tears as an unsupportive teammate provokes them from the sidelines.
The order of departure from Estancia San Isidro are as follows:
Teams must drive themselves to Lunlunta and find Cabaña La Guatana Gaucho to search for their next clue.
The team member assigned to perform this Roadblock would have to go through a traditional gaucho challenge. The team member must ride a horse consisting of barrel racing and then using a stick, spearing a ring at the end of the course in less than 40 seconds. Once successful, teams would receive their next clue.
The Roadblock performers per team are underlined:
Teams must take the train to Tigre and make their way to the docks to find their next clue.
Choice A: Shipwreck
Teams must find, within a seven square mile area, an abandoned ship with only a 30-year-old picture as a reference to receive their next clue.
Choice B: Island
Teams must use a map to travel 4 miles to San Antonio River and find an island to find their next clue.
