We're Not in Oklahoma No More is the season premiere of The Amazing Race 23.

The race begins at Melody Ranch Motion Picture Studio in Santa Clarita, California, United States.
Teams must choose one of the nearby marked Ford C-Max vehicles and use its Ford Sync system to make a phone call to their contact, Javier, who revealed to teams their first destination.
Teams must fly to Iquique, Chile. The first flight could carry seven teams and is scheduled to arrive two and a half hours ahead of the second, which would carry the remaining four teams. Upon arrival, teams must take a taxi to the Zona de Parapentes at Alto Hospicio and search for Javier, who would give teams their next clue.
"Who's good at follow the leader?"
The team member assigned to perform this Roadblock must follow their partner, who was tandem paragliding from Alto Hospicio down to either Playa Brava or Huayquique Beach. Once the team is reunited, the glide master would give them their next clue.

Teams must make their way to Muelle Prat, where they would find their next clue.
"Who's got both oars in the water?"
The team member who sat out of the previous Roadblock must get into a rowboat and collect five fish from any of three marked boats in the harbor. The three fishing boats each had a limited number of fish, so if a boat ran out of fish, they would have to find one of the other boats to get the remaining fish. Once they brought the five fish back to the docks, the fishmonger would give them their next clue.

Teams must make their way on foot to Teatro Municipal de Iquique, to check in. For coming in first, Tim & Marie won two Express Passes, one of which had to be given to another team before the fourth leg.
