The order of departure from Chalet Gädi are as follows:
- Flight Time & Big Easy (7:12 am)
- Kisha & Jen (7:15 am)
- Gary & Mallory (7:18 am)
- Zev & Justin (7:31 am)
Teams must fly to Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. Upon arrival, teams must take the tram from Carioca Aqueduct to Escadaria Selarón. They then have to search the tile-covered steps for a Route Info tile that will have their next clue on the back.
Teams must travel by taxi to Largo de São Francisco de Paula to find their next clue.
The team member assigned to perform the Roadblock would have to participate in a Rio Carnival parade. After putting on special costumes, teams learn the samba and then lead a parade of dancers. If the Carnival Princess approved their dance, teams will receive their next clue. If not, they would be sent back to relearn the dance and try again.
The Roadblock performers per team are underlined:
Teams must travel by taxi to Centro de Orientação Profissional Salon to find their next clue.
Teams must undergo a Brazilian body waxing session for 15 minutes. Once the time is up, the beauticians will give teams their next clue.
Choice A: On the Rocks
Teams would have to travel to the Espacio X bar on Avenida Atlântica near Copacabana Beach where they learned to make caipirinhas. Once they've made 100 proper caipirinhas, they will receive their next clue.
All of the teams chose this task.
Choice B: On the Beach
Teams would have to pick up an umbrella loaded with bikinis and a mobile changing station and sell the bikinis to people on the beach. The buyers then have to change into the bikinis in the mobile changing station. Once teams earned R$100, they will receive their next clue.
Teams must travel by taxi to Praia de Boa Viagem overlooking the Niterói Contemporary Art Museum to check in. For coming in first place, Gary & Mallory won a cruise for two on the Mediterranean Sea with visits to Rome and Casablanca, provided by Travelocity.
Leg 12
The order of departure from Praia de Boa Viagem are as follows:
- Gary & Mallory (8:54 am)
- Kisha & Jen (9:05 am)
- Flight Time & Big Easy (9:29 am)
Teams must fly to Miami, Florida, United States. Upon arrival, teams must travel by taxi to Rickenbacker Marina to find their next clue.
The team member assigned to perform the Roadblock would have to learn how to operate a heavy load forklift to move a boat into drydock without dropping the boat which would destroy it. Once the boat is successfully moved, teams will receive their next clue from the forklift operator.
The Roadblock performers per team are underlined:
Teams must travel by taxi to Key Largo and search for Jules' Undersea Lodge to find their next clue.
The team member who sat out of the previous Roadblock would have to perform this one. The team member would have to use a BOBdive submersible to search the lagoon of the Jules' Undersea Lodge for one of several floating treasure chests that contained their next clue, while being surrounded by distracting mermaid divers who were swimming around them and playing music.
The Roadblock performers per team are underlined:
Teams are given a riddle telling them to go to the Seacamp near Mile Marker 29 on Big Pine Key by "subtract[ing] 4 from 33".
Teams must walk across a shallow portion of the Gulf of Mexico to Horseshoe Island where they will find their next clue underneath the island's tallest tree.
Teams must walk back to Big Pine Key where they will take a speedboat to the Galway Bay Mobile Home Park in Marathon, where teams will find their next clue.
Teams must set up a travel trailer as it appears in a brochure for Galway Bay. Once the trailer is set up with a lawn, a pool, plastic flamingos, and a table setting, among other amenities, teams will receive their final clue from Miss Rose.
Teams must travel by taxi to travel to Seven Mile Bridge, then they have to ride tricycles along the bridge to Pigeon Key Historic District to cross the Finish Line.
