They Don't Even Understand Their Own Language is the penultimate episode of The Amazing Race 16.
The order of departure from the Shanghai Science and Technology Museum are as follows:
Teams must travel by taxi to the Waibaidu Bridge, where they will find their next clue.
Teams must travel to Longhua Temple to find their next clue. Teams may not however, drive by taxi to the temple.
Louie & Michael have to participate in a good luck ritual by throwing coins into a large incense burner on the Longhua Temple grounds. Both must get one coin into the top opening of the incense burner before they are allowed to continue.
The team member assigned to this Roadblock would have to enter Longhua Temple's Arhat Hall to count all of the golden statues in the room, most of which are statues of the Gautama Buddha. If they get the right number, 523, they will receive their next clue. If not, they would have to wait 10 minutes before making their next guess.

Teams choose a marked motorcycle and ride to the Yuyuan Garden to find their next clue.
Choice A: Pork Chops
Teams would have to enter an art stone store and look through several hundred special stone stamps called chops for the two that have a pig on the bottom and one of their names. They will then hand them over the shop owner to receive their clue.
All of the teams chose this task.
Choice B: Pork Dumplings
Teams would have to travel to Nanxiang Steamed Bun Restaurant and deliver 10 orders of steamed buns called xiaolongbao across the market. Once they're done with the deliveries, they'll received their clue.
