Joey Graceffa and Meghan Camarena are a team of YouTube Hosts on The Amazing Race 22 and The Amazing Race: All-Stars.

They brought their upbeat attitudes, friendliness, humor and manic energy with them onto the Race, resulting in them becoming fan favorites. The other teams were not so loving, as they were generally annoyed by the YouTube Hosts, especially Max & Katie, and they resented Joey & Meghan for forming an alliance with Jessica & John and Mona & Beth. Though the alliance was intended to target Bates & Anthony, it ended up doing the opposite and the other teams U-Turned Joey & Meghan twice in their season. After Jessica & John's elimination, they kept close to only Mona & Beth, making it much harder for them when they found themselves racing against their only friends, fighting to avoid elimination. While both teams had been U-Turned, Mona & Beth beat them and they found themselves out in 5th place.

The YouTube Hosts were asked back for the second All-Stars, but as expected of a team who only finished above 4th once in their original season, they struggled, and never finished above 9th place. After getting stuck on the later flight to Malaysia, three hours behind the lead teams, their elimination in 9th place was guaranteed when they made the fatal mistake of letting their cab go in a rural area.

  • What scares you most about traveling? Flying. I'm not a huge fan of flying because of turbulence, but I get over it pretty fast.
  • What excites you most about traveling? Seeing new parts of the world and actually seeing new things with my own eyes!
  • Biggest challenge you and your teammate will face on The Race together: Meghan can be stubborn at times.
  • Pet peeve about your teammate: She sometimes acts like she is weaker than she really is. She is also very stubborn!
  • What country and place would you most like to visit and why? Japan, because I am a huge anime nerd and it would be so cool to see the Japanese lifestyle in person!
  • What do you hope to accomplish by running The Race (other than winning one million bucks)? To go on an amazing adventure with my best friend!

  • Describe what you do: I write, direct, edit and star in creative music videos and vlogs on YouTube as Strawburry17. I'm also a host on Teen.com.
  • Three words to describe you: Tenacious, cute and extreme.
  • Favorite hobbies: Skateboarding, hiking and watching movies with joey.
  • What is the accomplishment you are most proud of? Moving to L.A. No one ever leaves Modesto. I'm no George Lucas, but I'm proud of how far I've come.
  • What famous person reminds you of yourself? Zooey Deschanel.
  • What famous person reminds you of your teammate? Justin Bieber.
  • What scares you most about traveling? Someone stealing me like in the movie "Taken."And Getting Raped
  • What excites you most about traveling? Seeing the world and trying new things!
  • Biggest challenge you and your teammate will face on The Race together: When Joey is upset, he gets really quiet and has a hard time explaining why he's upset. This can potentially be a problem if we're not communicating.
  • Pet peeve about your teammate: He can sometimes be a drama queen
  • What country and place would you most like to visit and why? I would love to visit Rome, Italy! I heard it is beautiful and the food is amazing!
  • What do you hope to accomplish by running The Race (other than winning one million bucks)? By working together with Joey I hope to have a stronger friendship and be a better teammate! I hope we both come out of the race believing in ourselves by doing something we didn't think we could. I want to be challenged to do things I've never done before and make my family proud.

  • Most memorable moment from your first Race: In Bora Bora when we were on the Jet ski's in first place racing to our next location. I felt like James Bond.
  • Favorite place you visited on your first season: Bora Bora
  • Why do you want to run the Race again? To go on another amazing adventure with my best friend and to experience new cultures.
  • How have you changed since the last time you competed? I feel much wiser and older even though it's only been a year.
  • What are you passionate about? I'm passionate about acting, which is something I have always enjoyed doing but only recently started pursuing seriously.
  • People would be surprised to learn: I'm pregnant! Just kidding… Hmmm, I'm single!
  • Biggest challenge you and your teammate will face on The Race together: Competing against teams who have done the race twice. Also, let's not get lost this time!
  • Pet peeve about your teammate: She falls too much.
  • What country and place would you most like to visit and why? Dubai - it looks so freaking cool!
  • What do you hope to accomplish by running The Race (other than winning one million bucks)? To just have fun and further challenge myself.
  • Any strategic changes you will make heading into this Race: Packing much lighter and being more thorough.

I've also just released an extended play, "Sink or Swim" and plan to be touring over the next couple of months!
  • Biggest mistake you made in your previous season: Not being thorough enough when it comes to flights.
  • Most memorable moment from your first Race: Being in first place in Bora Bora while riding on jet skis ahead of all the other teams.
  • Favorite place you visited on your first season: Bora Bora
  • Why do you want to run the Race again? To experience a new adventure with my best friend!
  • How have you changed since the last time you competed? I have thicker skin this time around. We're in it to win it.

Post-Race

  • In 2013, Joey had posted his audition tape for the race on YouTube.[3]
  • In the third episode of Season 24, when Joey and Meghan had the flashback of their hike to the Pit Stop which almost got them eliminated, the wrong season was shown at the bottom of the screen, showing Season 18 instead of 22.
  • Meghan appeared as a contestant on the webseries Dance Showdown presented by D-Trix on late 2013.
  • Joey was named one of The Hollywood Reporters Top 25 Digital Stars in 2015.[4]
  • In 2015, Joey & Meghan appeared in the pilot season of the reality web series, Fight of the Living Dead. They were both eliminated in the finale.
  • Joey would later be a host of the YouTube Original reality series, Escape the Night.
