Teams must travel by taxi to Jamestown. Once there, teams must search for Akotoku Boxing Academy to find their next clue.

The team member assigned to this Roadblock would have to perform a boxing workout. After first wrapping their hands properly, the team member has to punch a punching bag and then jump rope for 60 seconds each. Upon completion of the workout, their boxing trainer would give them their next clue.

The Roadblock performers per team are underlined:

Teams must travel by taxi to Dodowa and search for the supply depot to find their next clue.

Teams must load up two wheelbarrows with building supplies and deliver them to the foreman at the Asebi D/A Primary School, who will give them their next clue.

Teams must join a geography class studying a map of Africa. While the children locate the other nations in Africa, the teams have to correctly locate Ghana on the map in order to receive their next clue from one of the students.

Choice A: Bicycle Parts
Teams would have to use a stick to roll a bicycle wheel's rim down the length of a soccer field and back, without touching it with their hands or letting it fall over. Once they've completed their two passes, one of the school children will give them their next clue.

Brook & Claire, Chad & Stephanie, Gary & Mallory, Jill & Thomas, Katie & Rachel, Michael & Kevin, Nat & Kat, and Nick & Vicki chose this task.

Choice B: Language Arts
Teams would have to chose a proverb with eight phrases highlighted that correspond to a series of eight Adinkra symbols. Using a nearby decoder key, teams have to locate the eight symbols in a massive word search-like puzzle. Once they've circled the correct set of Adinkra symbols, one of the school children will give them their next clue.

Only Connor & Jonathan chose this task.

Teams must travel on foot to the Home of Awusa Ntso in Doryumu to check in.

For coming in first place, Connor & Jonathan each won $5,000.

For coming in last place, Michael & Kevin will have to perform a Speed Bump at some point during the next leg of the race.
