The order of departure from The Bridge of Peace are as follows:
Choice A: Races
Teams must race camels, that can run up to 40 miles per hour, on bicycles, and arrive to the finish line first to receive their next clue. If they fail to finish the first time, they will receive a head start on the second try.
Choice B: Oasis
Teams must walk a camel across the desert and lead 4 camels one mile on a marked path to a Bedouin camp for their daily exercise. Once delivered, teams will receive their next clue and a glass of camel milk.
Teams must drive themselves to Atlantis, The Palm to find their next clue.
The team member assigned to perform this Roadblock would have to scuba dive into a shark tank and find a tube containing a puzzle. Once they have the tube, they must place it into a net and resurface. To solve the puzzle, teams must turn the tube so that the letters R, A, C, and E are in the appropriate spaces. Once they've completed the puzzle, they'll receive their next clue.
The Roadblock performers per team are underlined:
Brodie & Kurt used their Express Pass to bypass the Roadblock. Brodie had chosen to perform the task prior to handing over the Express Pass.
Teams must ride the Poseidon's Revenge water slide to receive their next clue.

- This episode's title was said by Dana.
- Mika & Canaan from The Amazing Race 15 are referenced in this episode due to Mika's inability to ride down the Leap of Faith ride in "Do It for the Hood! Do It for the Suburbs!".
- This was the first leg in which racers drove their own production-provided vehicles since The Amazing Race 26 (due to Ford no longer sponsoring the race).
- Kathryn McKay at SheKnows.com (04/16/2016): "Dana Borriello shouldn't be shamed for her meltdown"
