Teams must fly to Kolkata, India. Upon arrival, teams must travel by taxi to Kolkata Town Hall to find their next clue.

The team member assigned to perform the Roadblock would have to take part in an Indian tea tasting ceremony. First, they have to take a papaya, a mango, and the brick of tea the teams received before left Kunming to the tea auctioneer. Then, they have to search among several hundred tea cups for one that holds the same papaya-and-mango-infused tea that they tasted in China. Once they get the right tea, the auctioneer will give them their next clue.

The Roadblock performers per team are underlined:

Teams are given a bottle of Snapple iced tea and are left to figure out that their next clue was printed on the inside of the lid, which directed them to go to the Jorasanko Thakur Bari and search for the Tiwari Tea Stall. Upon reaching the Tiwari Tea Stall, teams must trade the Snapple bottle for their next clue.

Choice A: Hindu Art
Teams would have to travel to the Rakhal Paul and Sons statue shop where they have to paint and then dress a statue of the Hindu god Ganesha. Once it was complete, they will receive their next clue.

Flight Time & Big Easy, Kent & Vyxsin, Kisha & Jen, Margie & Luke, and Ron & Christina chose this task.

Choice B: Bengali Literature
Teams would have to travel to the Dey's Publishing house and picked up eight bundles of the children's book Introduction to the Bengali Alphabet. They then get into a rickshaw school bus and travel across town to the Victoria Institution High School and College and searched the grounds for the offices of the headmistress of the primary school where they would deliver the books and receive their next clue.

Gary & Mallory, Jet & Cord, and Zev & Justin chose this task.

Teams must travel by taxi to Maidan and find the Fountain of Joy to check in.

For coming in first place, Gary & Mallory won an Indian dinner for two featuring Bollywood-inspired dance entertainment, and ₹1,000,000 (over US$20,000) to share.
