Hooping It Up is the penultimate episode of The Amazing Race 25.

Route Markers[]
The order of departure from Molino Boulevard in Bacoor are as follows:
- Misti & Jim (9:01 am)
- Amy & Maya (9:02 am)
- Adam & Bethany (9:05 am)
- Brooke & Robbie (9:07 am)
Teams must make their way to Paliparan station, where they must take a jeepney, including making a required transfer at Baclaran station, to Rajah Sulayman Park in Manila, where they would find their next clue.
At Rajah Sulayman Park, Brooke & Robbie would receive their clue for their Speed Bump. Brooke & Robbie must make their way to the Baywalk, where they must unload a man's padyak and load it onto a second padyak and repair its wheel, before they are allowed to continue.
Choice A: This
Teams must make their way to the intersection of Bocobo and Malvar streets and found that they must play street basketball against a neighborhood team. Once they score 21 points, they would receive their next clue.
Adam & Bethany and Brooke & Robbie chose this task.
Choice B: That
Teams must make their way to the intersection of Pedro Gil and Pilar Hidalgo Lim streets and found that they must race padyaks around a marked course for four laps, with each teammate pedaling the padyak for two laps each. If they can finish four laps of the course within 17 minutes and 55 seconds, they would receive their next clue.
Teams must make their way to Divisoria Market and search for a marked jeepney at the intersection of Sto. Cristo and San Nicolas streets, where they would find their next clue.
"Who goes cuckoo for coconuts?"
The team member assigned to perform this Roadblock must deliver two coconut-based products, a bunot, a coconut shell used to clean floors, and a walis tingting, a broom made of palm fronds, to three different stalls around Divisoria Market, referring to an order form on the marked jeepeney for the specified quantities, and collect receipts confirming their delivery. They must then return to the marked jeepeney, where they could exchange the receipts for their next clue.

Teams must make their way to Baluarte de San Diego to check in. This leg is a No-Rest Leg. Teams would check in as normal, but receive their clue to start the next leg and a manila envelope from host Phil Keoghan. The team that comes in last place does not face a penalty.
