Five Continents, 25 Cities, And More Than 40,000 Miles is the Season Finale of The Amazing Race 7.
Synopsis
Three teams compete in the last legs of the race ending in one team winning the one million dollar prize.
After 40,000 miles of travel, teams reach the last city and one of them becomes the one million dollar winner of the Race. Along the way, the final three teams are neck and neck, racing in their taxis to the next location when one team's taxi gets a flat tire. Another team is at the mercy of strangers when they are forced to beg for money. Also, a team makes the crucial mistake of leaving a clue behind while shopping at a bookstore.[2]

The order of departure from Potters Fields Park are as follows:
- Rob & Amber (2:47 am)
- Ron & Kelly (4:26 am)
- Uchenna & Joyce (4:41 am)
Teams must fly to Kingston, Jamaica. Upon arrival, teams must make their way to Port Antonio and find Frenchman's Cove to find their next clue.
The team member assigned to perform this Roadblock would have to do the limbo to earn their departure time from Frenchman's Cove; the lower they could do it, the teams would depart 15 minutes earlier the next morning starting at 9:45 A.M. with the earliest departure at 8:15 A.M., after eight attempts at the limbo, teams would receive their next clue instructing them to spend the night and then depart at the time they earned doing the limbo.

Teams must travel in the morning to Grant's Level High in Rio Grande where they will find their next clue.
Choice A: Raft It
Teams must travel 8 miles up the Rio Grande on Bamboo rafts with only a pole to steer. Once at the end of the course, teams would find their next clue.
None of the teams chose this task.
Choice B: Build It
Teams must build bamboo rafts using the tools provided. When the raft was deemed completed by their supervisor, teams then sailed across the river to find their next clue on top of a hill, then had to sail them back across the river.
Teams must make their way to Montego Bay and find Round Hill to check in. For coming in last place, Uchenna & Joyce would have to surrender all of their money and possessions, except for the clothes they're wearing and their passports, and they would not receive any money at the start of the next leg.
Leg 12
The order of departure from Round Hill are as follows:
- Ron & Kelly (2:37 am)
- Rob & Amber (2:38 am)
- Uchenna & Joyce (2:48 am)
Teams must make their way to Lucea and find the Cool Breeze House Onion Shack, where they need to pick up 50 onions. Once they have the onions, teams must find the 3 Dives Jerk Shack, and chop all 50 onions to receive their next clue.
Teams must make their way to Rose Hall to find their next clue.
Choice A: Pony Up
Teams must ride a horse into the ocean then hang onto its tail as it goes around buoys. When the horse has finished its course, teams would receive their next clue.
None of the teams chose this task.
Choice B: Tee It Up
Teams have to dress in proper golfing attire, then go out to the driving range and have to hit a golf ball into a 16-foot area 140 yards away. When one of the team members puts a ball on the green, teams would receive their next clue.
Teams must fly to San Juan, Puerto Rico. Upon arrival, teams must choose a marked car and find the Castillo de San Felipe del Morro Fort to search for their next clue.
Teams must drive themselves to Aguadilla and find the El Muelle de Azucar Abandoned Sugar Refinery and follw the marked path to find their next clue.
The team member assigned to perform this Roadblock would dive off a 30 ft pier then swim 90 yards to a buoy, where they would find their next clue. After obtaining the clue, they must go to the waiting boats that returned them to shore.

Teams must fly to Miami, Florida, United States. Upon arrival, teams must make their way to find Rickenbacker Causeway and find the clue underneath a bridge.
Teams must make their way to Little Havana and find El Rey de los Habanos cigar shop to find their next clue.
Teams must make their way to Fort Lauderdale and find the Bonnet House to cross the Finish Line.
