King Arthur Style is the third episode of The Amazing Race 23.

Teams must fly to Lisbon, Portugal. Upon arrival, teams must make their way to Martim Moniz Square and take a tram to Miradouro das Portas do Sol, where they would find Fado performers to receive them a painting of the Embassy Coach sent by King John V to Pope Clement XI as their next clue.

Teams must figure out the painting they have received depicted an Embassy Coach at Museu Nacional dos Coches, where they would find their next clue.

Choice A: Tiles
Teams must make their way to Fábrica Sant'Anna, where they must put together a life-size puzzle using porcelain tiles. Once the puzzle is complete, the tile master would give them their next clue.

Ally & Ashley, Brandon & Adam, Leo & Jamal, Nicky & Kim, and Tim & Marie chose this task.

Choice B: Miles
Teams must retrieve a giant-sized compass at Jerónimos Monastery, then use it to map out the distance traveled by Ferdinand Magellan on his famed voyage on the large map at Padrão dos Descobrimentos, connecting Seville, the Canary Islands, the Cape Verde Islands, Rio de Janeiro, Rio de Solis, the Strait of Magellan, Puka-Puka, San Pablo Island, the Mariana Islands, and the Philippines, with San Pablo Island and Mariana Islands markers on the opposite side of the map, leaving teams to figure out that travel between the two was a straight line restarted at the other side of the map. Once teams are within 500 nautical miles of the correct answer of 16,500 nautical miles, a Magellan impersonator would give them their next clue.

Jason & Amy, Nicole & Travis, and Tim & Danny chose this task.

Chester & Ephraim fell too far behind the other teams and were eliminated after they arrived at Lisbon Airport.

Teams must make their way to Clube Português de Tiro a Chumbo in Parque Florestal de Monsanto, where they would find their next clue.

"Who has a hand for slings and arrows?"

The team member assigned to perform this Roadblock must put on a suit of armor and then use a ballista to fire an arrow through one of ten shields 150 feet away. Once successful, the knight would retrieve the shield they hit, which had their next clue on the back.

Teams must make their way to Castelo dos Mouros in Sintra to check in. For coming in first, Nicole & Travis won a trip for two to the Costa Rica, provided by Travelocity.

Cuca Roseta was the cluegiver for the first task in Lisbon when teams arrived there. It was not mentioned by Phil Keoghan nor appeared in the end credits.
