The order of departure from Hotel de Ville are as follows:

Teams must fly to Vilnius, Lithuania. Upon arrival, team must choose a marked car and drive themselves to St. Anne's Church, where they would find their next clue.
The Fast Forward instructions were given to teams after finding their clue at St. Anne's Church. According to a post-Race interview with Shana & Jennifer, teams would have to go to Trakai Island Castle; however, the task for the Fast Forward is unknown.[2]
"Who's a good listener?"
The team member assigned to perform this Roadblock must choose a local Lithuanian woman working outdoors in Nautilus courtyard who would give them a package and tell them where to take it and who to give it to. Then, traveling on foot through the confusing streets of the Vilnius Old Town, they must deliver the package to the correct person in Vilnius University Courtyard, who would then hand them their second package and one of four final destinations: Gabi Kavine, Saint Germain Restaurant, Hair Salon Sidabrynas, or Shakespeare Hotel. When the delivery was made to the correct location, they would receive their next clue
The Roadblock performers per team are underlined:
Teams must themselves to the town of Rumšiškės and find Lietuvos Liaudies Buities Muziejus, where they would find their next clue.
Teams must search the museum for a Travelocity roaming gnome among dozens of common Lithuanian gnomes. Teams must then carry the gnome for the remainder of the leg. Once they have found the gnome, they must follow a marked path on foot to a nearby church, where they would find their next clue.
Choice A: Count Down
Teams must make their way through the traditional Mid-Summer's Festival to a marked section of picket fence. Once there, they must count every picket that makes up the fence, excluding fence posts and gates, then reveal their calculation to a villager. If they are correct, they would receive their next clue.
Azaria & Hendekea, Kynt & Vyxsin, Nicolas & Donald, and Shana & Jennifer chose this task.
Choice B: Step Up
Teams must stilt-walk through the traditional Mid-Summer's Festival along a marked course to the finish line. If a person falls off before reaching the end, that person would have to go back to the beginning and start again. When both members have reached the end of the course, they would receive their next clue.
Teams must make their way on foot to Aukštaitija Windmill to check in. For coming in first, TK & Rachel won a ten-day trip for two to Japan.
