Cheaters Never Win...And They Cheated! is the season premiere of The Amazing Race 4.

The race begins at Dodger Stadium in Los Angeles, California, United States of America.

Teams must fly to Milan, Italy and find the Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II to search for their next clue. There are only three flights for the teams. Flight 1 is Swiss Air and can only accommodate 4 teams. Flight 2 is Lufthansa and can only accommodates 3 teams. Flight 3 is KLM, and can only carry 5 teams. Flights 1 and 2 leave at 2:55 pm, however Flight 2 arrives 45 minutes after Flight 1. Flight 3 leaves an hour after Flights 1 and 2.

At the Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II, teams must search for tickets for chartered buss rides at 2:00 am, 4:00 am, and 6:00 am to Cortina d'Ampezzo. Once the teams find a ticket, they may not switch it for an earlier time. Buses can only take four teams at a time.

Team must make their way to the top of Cinque Torri to find their next clue.

The Fast Forward instructions were given to them after finding their clue at Cortina d'Ampezzo. Teams will have to go to Passo Giau and put on snowshoes. There they have to hike to the Fast Forward pass. Monica & Sheree won the Fast Forward.

Choice A: Search
Teams must use a locator beacon to find a 160-acre snow field emanating beneath from the snow. After finding it, they have to dig this spot and find a set of keys which would use a snowmobile to drive their next clue.

None of the teams chose this task.

Choice B: Rescue
Teams must make their way to a pair of rock towers and crossed an alpine rescue bridge of 4 steel cables. Then, they have to use a long zip-line to travel 250 feet cross a ravine.

All of the teams chose this task.

Teams must hike down the mountain and find the Hotel Lajadira to check in. For coming in first, Amanda & Chris, Millie & Chuck, and Steve & Josh each won a trip to Hawaii, provided by American Airlines.
