Teams must make their way on foot to Plaza de San Diego, where they would receive their next clue.
Teams must make their way to Castillo San Felipe de Barajas and search the fortress' catacombs to find their next clue.
Choice A: Tickets
Teams must make their way to Avenida el Lago, where they must choose a marked bus and work as bus conductors. They must attract enough passengers to ride the bus, which would be making its regular route, to earn at least COL$20,000, charging each passenger at least COL$1,800. Once they have earned enough money, them must return to Avenida el Lago and exchange the money for their next clue.
Erin & Joslyn, Scott & Blair, and Zach & Rachel chose this task.
Choice B: Tejo
Teams must make their way to Restaurante y Cancha de Tejo Ciracari, where they must play tejo, a traditional Colombian game involving hitting gunpowder-loaded targets with a stone disc. They must alternate taking shots until they hit three targets to receive their next clue.
After the Detour, teams would have the option to U-Turn a team, with two slots available. None of the teams opted to use the U-Turn, so this was left unaired.[1]
Teams must make their way to Museo Naval del Caribe and search for a marked mochila vendor, who would give teams their next clue.
"Who's left holding the bag?"
The team member assigned to perform this Roadblock must pick a mochila from the vendor's stand and search the nearby streets to find two exact matches of the same design and designer label among hundreds on display at various marked stands. When they have found the the two that match their mochila, they must bring them to a vendor in exchange for their next clue.

Teams must make their way on foot to Baluarte de Santiago to check in.
For coming in first place, Brodie & Kurt won a trip for two to Mykonos, Greece provided by Travelocity.
