Brooke Camhi and Scott Flanary are the Official Winners of The Amazing Race 29.
A pair of superfans who ended up being paired together, Brooke & Scott initially struggled with the race due to their strong, clashing personalities, which often led to arguments and side-eyeing. In particular, Brooke's easily excitable nature, constant hysterical meltdowns, and a notable weakness with running, along with Scott frequently having to overcome his fear of heights, set them back in the early stages of the race. However, their shared enthusiasm for the race and their strong social bonds with the other teams, particularly with London & Logan, allowed them to make it far enough to finally find their footing, leading them to eventually make it to the final three. In the final leg, Brooke & Scott used their knowledge of the race by checking in their bags at the airport at the start of the leg, allowing them to overcome Brooke's weakness with running and gain a huge lead in a leg that was both physical and mental, and going on to win the race.

Brooke[]
Age: 36
Hometown: Lynbrook, N.Y.
Current occupation: Director of Business Development at U.S. Legal Support and Attorney at Camhi & Min.
Describe what you do: I sell litigation support services to attorney clients and I am a criminal defense attorney at my law firm.
3 words to describe you: Competitive, witty and trustworthy.
Favorite hobbies: Swimming, singing, cooking, scuba diving and puzzles.
What is the accomplishment you are most proud of?: I am most proud of passing the bar exam in two states on the first try.
What scares you most about traveling?: Language barriers and getting lost scare me. My sense of direction isn't great (so I plan to ask for help from a lot of locals), but my high school Spanish skills can only take me so far in most countries.
What excites you most about traveling?: Everything! I can't wait to see other cultures and different ways of life. I want to experience local customs and traditions, and I'm excited to see so much so quickly. I have loved this show from the moment I saw the first episode and every year I say, "I could do that". I am excited to see if I actually can.
What qualities do you hope your partner has?: I hope my partner loves this game as much as I do and wants to win it just as badly. I also hope it's a guy who has brute strength because I have a feeling he's going to have to carry my backpack part of the way. I hope he has a similar sense of humor to me and that we can laugh our way around the world (although there will probably be a fair amount of yelling and crying too).
What qualities will be hard for you to put up with in a partner?: I would be crushed to have a partner who isn't willing to work as a team or who isn't supportive when we are struggling. I feel like I can be a great cheerleader when someone is working through a hard task and I hope I get the same from my partner.
What do you think will be the biggest challenge you and your teammate face?: If my partner and I are both super Type A we may battle for control. However, if my partner is completely laid back, I will have to stop myself from badgering them to keep up or make a decision.
What country and place would you most like to visit and why?: I'd either like to dive with sharks in South Africa, safari in Africa, or see Greece since my family is from that part of the world.
What do you hope to accomplish by running The Race (other than winning one million bucks)?: I want to see the world. My passport has too many blank pages and I am hoping to fix that with this experience.[1]
Scott[]
Age: 34
Hometown: Charlotte, N.C.
Current occupation: University Recruiting Manager
Describe what you do: I source, interview and hire students for internships and entry-level jobs. I also set recruiting strategies for my firm, coach recruiters and manage budgets.
3 words to describe you: Motivated, perceptive and competitive.
Favorite hobbies: Cooking, hiking, traveling, CrossFit, reading, game nights and volunteering abroad.
What is the accomplishment you are most proud of?: Losing 40 pounds by changing my lifestyle with healthy eating and regular exercise. I learned I have strong willpower and no problem delaying gratification for a bigger reward.
What scares you most about traveling?: I'm not very good with foreign languages so I fear my inability to communicate clearly will be a problem.
What excites you most about traveling?: Adventuring into the unknown. Who will I meet? What will I experience? I love trying new things.
What qualities do you hope your partner has?: I hope my partner is super motivated with an unending drive to win. I need someone ready to play a social game on top of a mental/physical game. A likeable personality will help us steer clear of getting U-turned. Intelligence, physical prowess and strong social skills are key.
What qualities will be hard for you to put up with in a partner?: My partner can't get frustrated too quickly. He or she also shouldn't have the words "I can't" in his or her vocabulary.
What do you think will be the biggest challenge you and your teammate face?: I'm deathly afraid of heights and falling, so my partner will need to complete those types of Roadblocks (bungee jumping, sky diving). Outside of that, I think we'll need to figure out how to build a trusting relationship quickly so we can rely on our collective strengths to stay ahead of the competition.
What country and place would you most like to visit and why?: I've wanted to experience Italy, where my ancestors lived, and Australia, my bucket list country. Both are gorgeous environments steeped in history.
What do you hope to accomplish by running The Race (other than winning one million bucks)?: As a super fan, I'm looking forward to this life-changing experience of traveling the world while playing a game. I can't wait to experience vastly different cultures and prove that I can accomplish more than I ever imagined.[2]
