The order of departure from La Maison Gallice are as follows:
Teams must travel by helicopter to L'Union Estate on the island of La Digue, where teams will find their next clue. Only three teams can be taken by helicopter at once.
Choice A: Turtle Toddle
Teams would have to use a banana to lure a 500-pound, 100-year-old Aldabra Giant Tortoise across a marked path on a lawn. Once it crosses the finish line, teams have to deliver a bunch of bananas to a fruit merchant 1.5 miles away to receive their next clue.
Only Steve & Allie chose this task.
Choice B: Ox Trot
Teams would have to pull a cart to a clearing and load a pile of coconuts into it. Then, after an ox is hitched to their cart, teams have to deliver their coconuts to a fruit merchant to receive their clue. If they forget or lose any of the coconuts teams have to retrieve them before being allowed to continue.
Teams must choose a marked boat and travel to St. Pierre Island. Once there, the boat captain will hand them their next clue.
The team member assigned to this Roadblock would have to dive into the ocean to retrieve one of seven bottles tied to a platform in the water and contains a treasure map, they and their partner were then taken off the shore of Praslin where they have to swim to shore. Once ashore, teams must empty the contents of their bottle revealing a puzzle map that, when complete, will lead them to the Pit Stop at Paradise Sun Hotel.
The Roadblock performers per team are underlined:
For coming in first place, Steve & Allie won a dinner on the beach, massages, and all the 7-Up the team could drink, all to be enjoyed at the Pit Stop. In addition, they won $7000 for each team member.
