The order of departure from Curug Cimahi are as follows:
- Jason & Amy (1:25 am)
- Tim & Marie (2:25 am)
- Nicole & Travis (2:26 am)
- Leo & Jamal (3:19 am)
Teams must fly to Toyko, Japan. Upon arrival, teams must travel by taxi to the Gotokuji Temple to find their next clue.
Choice A: Knock It Down
Teams would have to pick up four pins from outside the Tokyo Media City studios and then participate in a Human Bowling game show, alternating sliding down on an inner tube into a set of pins. Once they get a strike, the game show host will give them their next clue.
Leo & Jamal and Tim & Marie chose this task.
Choice B: Call It Up
Teams would have to participate in an art installation at Kinuta Park using Tokyo's obsolete phone booths filled with water and goldfish. One racer has to put on a swimsuit and goldfish-shaped swimming cap and then jump into the booth, dial a provided telephone number, and then listen to the provided message: "Welcome to Tokyo. Wasabi taberu." They then have to tell the message to their partner who had to run over to a judge to relay the message back to them. If they are correct, they'll receive their next clue.
Teams must travel by taxi to Shinjuku Central Park and search for the fountain to find their next clue.
At Shinjuku Central Park, Leo & Jamal would receive their clue for their Speed Bump. Leo & Jamal have to join a group of zookeepers in an escaped rhinoceros drill. Once the "rhino" was captured, before they are allowed to continue.
The team member assigned to perform this Roadblock would have to put together a "robot" using a set of cardboard pipes, with only a miniature model as a guide. Once the engineer is pleased with their build job, they'll receive their next clue.

Teams must travel by taxi to the Shibuya Scramble Crossing and find a roaming "vending machine" to receive their next clue.
Teams must travel on foot to Konnō Hachimangū Shrine to check in. For coming in first, Tim & Marie won a trip for two to Aruba, provided by Travelocity.
Leg 12
The order of departure from Konnō Hachimangū Shrine are as follows:
- Tim & Marie (6:08 am)
- Jason & Amy (6:15 am)
- Nicole & Travis (6:22 am)
Teams must fly to Juneau, Alaska, United States. Upon arrival, teams must travel by taxi to Douglas Harbor and take a marked boat to Grizzly Bar to find their next clue.
The team member assigned to perform this Roadblock would have to ride in a bush plane flying at 60 miles per hour and at least 150 feet above the ground in a supply drop exercise, dropping a bag of flour onto a target on the ground. Once they hit the target, they will receive their next clue.

Teams must travel by helicopter to Norris Glacier where they'll pick a mountain guide to help them reach the face of the glacier, crossing a crevasse and going through an ice tunnel along the way. They then have to search the glacier for their next clue frozen inside, along with several false clues, using a pickaxe to dig it out.
Teams must hike down the glacier to a kayak, which they will paddle to a marked island to find their next clue.
Teams must travel by helicopter back to Juneau. Once there, teams will travel by taxi to Blueberry Hills Trailhead to find their next clue.
Teams must put together a wall of totem poles that spell out the names of the currencies used in the countries they visited in the proper order:
Once they had the right order, they will be given their final clue.
Teams must travel by taxi to the end of North Douglas Highway and find the Outer Point Trail to cross the Finish Line.
