Team Bio
Aaron and Deb, a wacky mother/son duo, work together as funeral directors at their family run funeral home. Through their work they want to prove that death isn’t as scary as people may think. They feel that their careers have set them up to succeed in THE AMAZING RACE CANADA – great under pressure and quick on their feet, in their line of work they often help people who are in shock. They are also very strong physically as carrying caskets is a regular part of the job. Despite the intensity of their day-to-day work, they prefer to focus on the positive impact they can have on people during very difficult times.
Aaron is full of heart and charm, and is always willing to help someone out – a trait his mom feels can come with a bit of a downside. While Deb is full of charisma and fully embraces who she is, Aaron feels she needs to believe in herself more. Plus, she has a bit of a temper that could potentially set them back.
In their jobs as funeral directors, Aaron and Deb often face the unknown and feel that aspect of their jobs has trained them to be ready for anything – including THE AMAZING RACE CANADA.
